Your order should ship with in 24 hours but can be delayed up to 36 hours due to weekends and public holidays. If it has been 2 days since you placed your order and you have not received your Shipping Update, please check your Spam box. If you still have not received our email please contact customer support.
When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email and the tracking information can be found in the Order Details in your Switch online store account. Regularly check parcel tracking to monitor your order's progress.
Large orders may be split into more than one parcel because of local postal service size restrictions, Each parcel will have its own tracking number. Sometimes parcels in the same order may turn up on different days.

Failure to pay taxes
If you do not pay your taxes or import duties and the parcel is returned, Switch Kiteboarding is not responsible for any extra costs that may occur. You will be charged all shipping, restocking and other costs involved in the item being returned.
Switch Kiteboarding will take great care to appropriately pack all orders. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, you must notify the local postal service when receiving the goods. Failure to do so will make it very difficult to lodge an insurance claim. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issue to the best of our abilities. Please contact customer support and keep the packaging or damaged goods for the shipping agents to examine.
In the unlikely event, your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frames, please notify the local postal service and contact Switch customer support. We will do everything with our power to resolve this issue as fast as possible for you.
