You have 30 days from the date the product is shipped, to return the goods. So take that board or kite out for a session and get stoked.
In the unlikely event that you don’t ‘get stoked’ wrap it up and send it back to us.

Keep the original packaging and in the unlikely event, you want to return, rinse the gear with fresh water, let it dry thoroughly and wrap it up.
Please let us know why you are returning the product (in as much detail as possible).
As soon as we have received your returned product, we will inform you, check for obvious damages and issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping charges.
- This guarantee does not apply to products purchased on sale or in combo deals.
- All returns must be pre-approved by us and have the provided RAN (return authorization number) prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging. Packages arriving at our Hong Kong warehouse without a RAN will be immediately returned to sender.
- Our kites are designed to perform at their absolute best with our Control Bars and are not compatible with every Control Bar on the market. Before returning the kite we may ask you to fly the kite on a different bar or our Controller.
- We cannot accept the return of different size products of the same model. We suggest if you are unsure about the performance to order only one rather than a complete quiver.
- We cannot accept damaged goods. We believe our products are the strongest out there but they may well lose an encounter with a tree, coral reef or any other hard object. This is not our fault.
- Return shipping must be tracked using a reliable and insured service. We reserve the right to recommend couriers.
- You are responsible for the correct shipping documentation and we will not be responsible for any delays.
- You need to pay costs associated with getting the returned item to the address Switch specifies.
- The product must have a RAN (return authorization number) and shipped within 30 days from when the product was shipped from our warehouse.
- Lost return shipments are your responsibility.
- Items damaged during return shipment are your responsibility.
- Items received that do not meet our return criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Refunds on returned items will take up to 30 days to process after receipt of the goods. Payment will be via refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- This guarantee is not available to allow you to upgrade to a new model.
- This guarantee only applies if you do not already have a kite/board/controller of the same model.
- We reserve the right to revoke this guarantee if we feel you are abusing this policy.
