Products that ship for free

All Kites and Boards ship for free. Any accessories and parts added to a Kite or Board order will also be shipped for free. Any accessories or parts shipped without a Kite or Board will be charged shipping costs.


International shipping

We ship all over the world.


Track your order

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains the tracking information. If it has been 2 days since you placed your order and you have not received your Shipping Confirmation, please check your Spam box. If you still have not received our email please contact customer service info@switchkites.com.


Delivery times

USA, Canada

5–8 days Speed Post, 5–14 Regular mail.
Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.

Australia

5–14 days.
Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.

New Zealand

2–5 days for kites, boards, and controllers.
5–14 days for accessories and spare parts.
Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

3–14 days.
Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.

Rest of the World

Times can vary. Parcels are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse within 2 days or your order. Delivery time can vary a lot due to your local postal systems, we have no control over these delays.

Duties and Taxes

USA

If the total value of orders made within any 4 day period exceeds $2000USD you may need to pay taxes and customs fees.

Canada

You may need to pay your local sales tax and customs duties. Occasionally packages slip through undetected and you save yourself the 20% additional cost.

Australia

If the total value of orders made within any 4 day period exceeds $1000AUD you may need to pay taxes and customs fees.

New Zealand

Switch Kiteboarding pays the Taxes (GST) and Duties.

Orders that do not arrive

Please contact customer service at info@switchkites.com.

PLEASE NOTE You are responsible for receiving the shipment at the shipping address you have specified. Please contact the shipping company direct if you have any queries regarding delivery. If your order has been shipped using Hong Kong Post, please contact your closest post office. If your shipment is sent back due to failed delivery, Switch Kiteboarding Is not responsible for any extra cost that may occur.


Will I be charged for an item that is not ready to ship?

No. Our systems will not allow you to purchase products that are not in stock. In the very rare instance of a stock discrepancy, you will not be charged for the oversold product. We will notify you immediately and we will credit your account.


Products that are damaged during shipping

Switch Kiteboarding will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, you must notify the delivery agent when receiving the goods. Failure to do so will make it very difficult to lodge an insurance claim. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issue to the best of our abilities. Please contact us via email and keep the packaging or damaged goods for the shipping agents to examine.
