Has my order shipped? How can I track my order?

A. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please check your Spam box first before contacting customer service at info@switchkites.com.

Will I be charged for an item that is not ready to ship?

A. Our systems will not allow you to purchase products that are not in stock. In the very rare instance of a stock discrepancy you will not be charged for the oversold product. We will notify you immediately and we will credit your account.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

A. Please contact customer service at info@switchkites.com.

Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship all over the world.

What if my order arrives damaged?

A. Switch Kiteboarding will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged you must notify the delivery agent when receiving the goods. Failure to do so will make it very difficult to lodge any insurance claim. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issue to the best of our abilities. Please contact us via email and keep the packaging or damaged goods for the shipping agents to examine.

Any items lost during shipping are insured and we will provide replacements. Unfortunately this does not include spare parts shipped from our EU warehouse when the non-trackable shipping option was selected.

What are the Delivery Times, Duties and Taxes on my purchase?

European Union
Delivery Time: 3–14 days depending on your distance from our GB warehouse. There are no additional duties or taxes due.

USA
If the total value of orders made within any 4 day period exceeds USD 2000 you might need to pay taxes and custom fees. Delivery Time: 5–8 days with Speed Post, 5–14 with regular mail. Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.

Canada
You need to pay your local sales tax and custom duties. Occasionally packages slip through undetected and you save yourself the 20% additional cost Delivery Time: 5–8 days with Speed Post, 5–14 with regular mail.

Australia
All orders will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. If the total value of orders made within any 4 day period exceeds AUD 1000 you might need to pay taxes and custom fees. Delivery Time: 5–14 days. Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays..

New Zealand
GST included and no additional fees will apply. Delivery Time: 2–5 days for kites, controllers and boards. 5–14 days for accessories and spare parts.

Rest of the World
Customs fees and import duties may apply. Please check with your local authorities. All shipments leave from our Hong Kong warehouse. Delivery Time: Unknown. We use Hong Kong Post registered airmail (Speed Post/EMS on request) and your products will be leaving Hong Kong within 1–2 days. Delivery time depends on your local postal system and we have no control over any delays.
