What is Switch Rewards?
Switch Rewards is our way of thanking our loyal customers for choosing Switch. As a Switch Customer, you'll be rewarded with points and exclusive offers. The program is FREE; simply shop like you always do and get rewarded for it. Pretty simple!
How does it work?
Every time you make a qualifying purchase in our online store and by refering new customers to Switch Kites. Then you use your Reward Points like cash for discounts on your next purchase.
What is a qualifying purchase?
'Qualifying purchase' means that not every purchase entitles you to earn Reward Points. For a full list of non-qualifying purchases please see our Reward Terms and Conditions.

Not only will you be able to start recommending your friends and family and begin earning points, but you will also benefit from all of our unique Loyalty program offers.
Are there any rules to use Switch Rewards?

How can I join Switch Rewards?
You can join by creating an Account at SwitchKites.
What happens if I already have an Account?
All existing customers are automatically enrolled into Switch Rewards.
What information do I need to provide to join?
To receive all the benefits of Switch Rewards, you must provide your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, valid email address and date of birth. Opting in to receive emails from Switch and providing your birthday allows us to give you extra Reward Points.
Are there any requirements for becoming a member?
Yes, persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian prior to participation in Switch Rewards.
Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?
No, there is only allowed to be one member per account.
How can I check to see if and how many points I have?
Log into your account and go to the My Points and Rewards tab, where you will find your current and pending points balance.
Do I need to activate my Switch Rewards?
No, signing up to an account will automatically activate your Switch Rewards.
I forgot my password to access Switch website. What do I do?
During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your password?" link. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account.
I forgot which email address I used when I first signed up an account at Switch. What should I do?
Contact our Customer Service Team.
What currency are reward points based on?
Switch Rewards are based on the default currency US$’s. When redeeming your points they will be converted to the currency of your purchasing warehouse.
Can I transfer my Switch Rewards to family and friends that have a Switch accounts?
No, you cannot transfer or sell your Switch Rewards.
If I have more than one Switch account, can I transfer points between them?
No, you cannot transfer points between accounts. To be eligible for Switch Rewards you must only operate one account.
Earning Reward Points?
There are many way you can earn Reward Points;
- You will receive Reward Points for every dollar you spend purchasing products from our online store.
- Referrals; If you are in our Demo program and refer someone to Switch and they sign up an account using your referral details, you will receive 10% of your referrals 1st purchase in Reward Points.
- Referee; Has someone recommended our Brand to you? When you make your 1st purchase you will receive Reward Points if you Signed up an account on our website using their referral code/link or email address. (Note: Only referrals that are listed on our Demo map are eligible refer you to Switch.)
- Account Actions; All new customer Signups, Newsletter Signup, your Birthday.
Spending Rewards Points?
You can use your Reward Points to;
- Give you discounts off your purchases in our online store.
- Trade them in for cash with our 'Cashback' program.
Do I need Switch Rewards to get sale prices at SwitchKites?
If you do not have an account at Switch, you may purchase from our online store as a guest. Guests will not receive Switch Rewards but will be able to take advantage of our excellent prices.
Can I combine Switch Rewards Points with online discounts and coupons?
Yes, you may use Switch Rewards Points along with other SwitchKites discounts or promotions.
Can I earn and redeem points on the same purchase?
Yes. Example - if you purchase an item for US$500, redeem points on US$200, you will earn Reward Points on the remaining US$300 that you pay for using the payment methods available.
Can I give my points away?
No. Points must be redeemed by the account holder.
Can I ever lose my points?
Yes, you can lose points if; you return goods, your referral returns goods, you pass the 2 year expiry date or abuse the Switch Rewards System.
How do I earn reward Points?
There are 3 ways to earn Reward Points.
- Buying Switch Gear
Sign up an account at Switch, then make sure you're logged in when you make any purchases and your points will be added to your account automatically when your items have been shipped.
Referring friends 1st purchases in our online store. Referral Points are calculated at 10 percentage of your referee's 1st purchase. The percentage value is then converted into Reward Points using the method of US$1 = 100 Reward Points and deposited into your Switch Rewards account. Points will be credited to the referrer on shipment of the referee's order. If the referee returns the product the points will be reversed.
New Customers will be rewarded with Reward Points if they use a Referral code/link when signing up an account at Switch. Points will be credited to the new customers account when they make their first purchase.
- Account Actions
Signing up to an account at Switch, points will automatically be credited to your account. Birthday Reward Points, on the day of your birthday points will automatically be awarded to your account if you have stated your date of birth in your account information.
Do all my purchases count toward my points?
Only qualifying purchases can earn Reward Points in our online store. Factory Outlet purchases, Gift Cards, Shipping Charges, Discounts from Coupons, Taxes and Fees are not eligible for Reward Points. See our Reward T&C's for a full list of exclusions.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for two (2) years from the date they were accrued.
How do I know if I have points expiring?
'My Points and Rewards' in your account and your monthly email statement will list points due to expire.
Will I receive any birthday points?
Yes, if you provide us with your birth date in your account, you will receive 500 points on your birthday.
How do I request a credit for missing points if they were not added to my account?
If you believe you have not been awarded points please contact our Customer Service Team.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Your points are deducted from your points balance.
My statement shows that I have a certain amount of points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do?
Contact our Customer Service Team and they will assist you.
How do I redeem my points?You can redeem points by the following methods;
- Use them as discounts off your purchases in our online store. This is the fun part! Log into your account and start shopping. At checkout you will see a Redeem Points Slider, move the slider to the amount of points you wish to redeem on your purchase.
- Trade them in for cash with our 'Cashback' program. After you have accumulated 10,000 points you can trade them in for cash. Please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your refund.
How many points do I need for redemption?
You can redeem increments of 100 points on your qualifying purchases.
Is there a maximum amount of points that can be redeemed in one order?
You can redeem in increments of 100 points to the sub-total of your qualifying purchase. You cannot use points to cover taxes or shipping.
What are Demo's?
Demo's are short for demonstrations. A demonstration is practical exhibition and explanation of how something works or is performed. A Switch Demo is when you show or explain how our products work to a friend, family member or an interested person on the beach.
Who can do Demo's?
Any customer of Switch can do Demo's.
How can people find out I do Demo's
We are implementing a 'Demo's Page' soon, but in the mean time could you please express your interest to our Customer Service Team.
Who do I Demo Switch gear too?
Anyone and everyone.
Why should I Demo Switch gear?
By signing up on our Demo map you will be eligible to earn Referral points. Demo's will give you a greater chance of gaining Reward Points for a Referrals 1st Purchase.
How will Switch know I've referred a friend?
We won't, unless you give your friend your referral link or code which they enter on account signup.
How can I refer my friends?
There are 4 ways to refer your friends.
- Sending your friend your unique referral link.
- Sending your friend your unique referral code.
- Sending your email contacts an invitation email.
- Sharing your referral link or code on Social Networks.
Where can I find my referral link?
Your unique referral link and code is under 'My Points and Rewards' in your account dashboard.
What do I get if my friend signs up?
Nothing on sign up, but when they make their first purchase you will receive 10% of their 1st purchase (excluding non qualifying purchases) in Reward Points.
When will I get the Reward Points for my referrals 1st Purchase?
Reward Points for your referrals 1st purchase will be credited to your account on the order being shipped. If the referral returns the goods, the Reward Points will be reversed.
Why should my friend use my referral link?
Your friend will receive 1,000 Reward Points when they make their first purchase.
How many friends can I refer to Switch?
You can refer as many friends as you want.
What if my friend already has an account with Switch?
There is only one chance to enter a referral link or code and that is on sign up of an account. If your friend has already created an account it is too late. Duplicate accounts are not accepted.
What emails will I receive?
By providing us with a valid email address, you agree to the Switch Rewards Terms & Conditions and will have the opportunity to receive regular emails from our Switch Team, containing product announcements, newsletters, updates, offers and information about Switch Rewards.
How do I stop receiving Switch emails?
To opt out of email communications, Log into your account and click 'Email Preferences'. Click Update Account Info and uncheck the Email opt-in box. Or, you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Switch email you receive. However, if you opt out, we can't send you exclusive offers and events.
